Both partners must complete registration as a team of any event within 2 days of signing up. Otherwise, they will be moved to the waitlist to prioritize complete teams. Players may register for multiple events at their own discretion. The tournament organizers will do their best to space out the events to prevent overlapping matches across divisions. However in the unlikely event that the matches of any divisions might overlap, players must choose which match to play and the other will be forfeited as a withdrawal. No refunds of any kind will be issued as a result. Tournament coordinators reserve the right to merge or redistribute levels and events as needed. Open Division results will be reported to CourtCut’s internal rating system, but NOT to DUPR. Results from all other divisions will be reported to both DUPR and CourtCut. Please connect your DUPR account to your CourtCut account before the tournament. Please arrive 30 minutes before start times to check in and warm up. Games will start promptly at the posted times. Official Ball: Life Time Pro 48 Sportsmanship, fair gameplay and human decency towards opponents, partners, spectators, tournament staff, venue staff and the facility are paramount. Any sustained unacceptable behavior or inappropriate comments will result in immediate ejection from the tournament with zero refunds at the sole discretion of the tournament coordinators. All tournament details and rulings are subject to the discretion of tournament staff. All USA Pickleball and UPA-A "approved" equipment are allowed and are subject to additional inspection at the discretion of tournament staff.
