Run Your Pickleball League From Signup to Season Results
Pickleball league software for clubs running recurring sessions, fixed-partner seasons, and inter-club competition. Keep registration, session schedules, brackets, and public results together in CourtCut.
Choose How Your Club Plays
Run rotating-doubles sessions with individual signup, or set up fixed-partner doubles. Organize the season into divisions and dated sessions so players can see when and where they play.
For competition between clubs, use the inter-club workflow to organize participating clubs, rosters, published schedules, and results. This has its own setup and scoring workflow.
Connect Registration to Each Session
Configure the divisions, eligibility, session dates, signup options, and entry fees before opening registration. Structured leagues support season and individual-session registration, with player entries connected to the sessions they join.
Review the registered players and payment status, prepare the session’s brackets, and keep scores and results with the event. Club staff use the league management tools; players follow the public league page.
Keep a Public Home for the Season
Share one league page from your club website so players can find the schedule and open individual-session brackets and results. Keep that link useful after play finishes.
Completed rotating-doubles structured leagues also show division podiums, season standings, and each player’s session history. Inter-club leagues have a public season view for their published schedules and standings.
Understand Structured-League Pricing
The structured-league software fee is charged per registered player per session, including sessions entered through season registration. There is no per-player cap. The fee is deducted from the organizer’s payout, rather than added to the player’s registration charge.
An active club VIP entitlement waives this structured-league software fee. Card-processing, texting, and bank-payout fees remain separate. The configured rate and current club entitlement determine the fee; review the terms in your club before publishing.
Tournament billing is separate. This structured-league rate does not apply to Classic or inter-club leagues.
Start From Your Club
Sign in and choose a club you manage, or create your club. Open its Leagues tab and select New League for structured setup, or New inter-club league for a competition between clubs. League setup requires the appropriate club management permission.
Set up your courts, choose the format and divisions, add the session dates, and review registration and pricing before publishing. Choosing a club is the first step; it does not create or publish a league.
Existing Classic Leagues Keep Their History
New leagues use structured or inter-club setup. Existing Classic leagues remain available with their registrations, sessions, results, and historical links; new Classic leagues cannot be created.
The current structured-league software rate loads on this page. Check your club’s pricing before setup.
